Horses in
the Book of
Mormon
Horses didn't exist in
America during the
time of the Book of
Mormon
When did horses
appear?
When the Spaniards
came to America
When did they come, what gender
where they, could they reproduce
quickly enough to fill North
America with wild horses?

CREATION STORY
They came from the
Pueblo Revolt
Pueblo Revolt doesn't
work out with horse
breeding patterns,
migration patterns,
DNA evidence.
Horse population
Wild horse don't double
their population every 5
years (as the BLM says),
studies show they triple
in 50 years.
1567 - Northern Mexico
- Sonoran Valley - half a
million horses
Sonoran Valley could
have max of 50 horses
Horse breeding is 11
months, miscarriage
rate is high, especially
among wild horses
Maybe the French?
Everyone took care of
their horses, and didn't
want to lose a single
one. But the French
were largely coming
over as independent fur
traders. Either way, no
one had the means to
release and populate
hundreds of thousands
of horses by 1567, or
millions across the
North American plains.
Incan/Aztec King didn't
recognize them.
In the high mountains?
In the jungles? That's
not especially relevant
if the BoM happened in
North America.
