CMap application Strategies

A. Crs Dir makes CMAP for entire course, Faculty Presenters or Students could....

Option 1. Faculty make full CMap of lecture content

Students could attach notes, links

Option 2. Students make CMaps by themselves

Faculty could release "official" copy and let students compare

Options 3. Scaffolding where Faculty release a starter "CMap stub"

Students "finish the stub CMap" themselves (post for best?)

Option 4. Faculty release "bare bones" CMap in B/W no color, but full schema

Students take "bare bones" copy edit it as chose..color, arrangement, notes, etc.

Deeper knowledge is built on richer, diverse perspectives on content
